Kahlil and Leo Thomas are widely respected figures in the hockey world, known for their extensive professional playing careers and their transition into elite player development. Kahlil, a former professional with over a decade across the AHL, IHL, and European leagues, is now a high-level youth and program director, emphasizing structure, discipline, and game-situational decision-making. Leo Thomas, also a former professional player and coach, brings a strong developmental lens shaped by years at the pro and elite youth levels, and is recognized for his technical teaching, competitive standards, and mentorship of high-end athletes.

Akil and Drystan Thomas represent the next generation of elite hockey talent within the Thomas family. Akil has built a reputation as a skilled, intelligent player with a strong understanding of the modern game, benefiting from a development environment rooted in professional standards. Drystan Thomas is widely regarded as one of the top players in his age group in North America, combining elite skill, hockey IQ, and competitiveness, and currently serves as a benchmark for high-performance youth development through both his play and leadership as a young coach within elite programs.
